Bereits am 7. Juli 2021 verstarb der Musiker Al Collins im Alter von nur 61 Jahren.
Al war der Bassist der Stacie Collins Band und Stacies Ehemann.
Weiterhin war er bekannt durch sein Mitwirken bei Jason & The Scorchers und erst kürzlich tauchte er auch in unserem Review zum Album Two der Slammin' Gladys auf.
Laut Stacies Website verstarb Al völlig unerwartet: »With deep sadness and a broken heart, we regret to inform Al’s beloved friends and followers of his unexpected passing on Tuesday, July 7th. A truly devastating loss for us all. An angel among us, his beautiful spirit will live on through his music and in the hearts of all the lives he’s touched«.
